中西医结合综合护理干预在红火蚁叮蛰伤患者中的应用研究

Study on the application of integrated nursing intervention of traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with Solenopsis invicta Buren sting and bite

目的探讨中西医结合综合护理干预在红火蚁叮蛰伤患者中的应用效果。方法对2016~2020年广西壮族自治区柳州市中医医院急诊医学科收治的30例红火蚁叮蛰伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,针对性地从急救、病情观察、中西医结合护理、饮食护理、健康教育及预防感染等方面进行系统护理,总结护理经验和要点。结果30例患者完全治愈,留院时间0.5~1 d。结论中西医结合综合护理可有效缓解红火蚁叮蛰伤患者的临床症状,缩短留院时间,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of integrated nursing intervention of traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with Solenopsis invicta Buren sting and bite.Methods Retrospective analysis are conducted on 30 cases of Solenopsis invicta Buren stinging patients treated by the emergency medicine department of Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2016 to 2020.The nursing experience and key points were summarized by systematically nursing from the aspects of first aid,disease observation,integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing,health education,diet nursing and infection prevention.Results All the 30 patients were completely cured and stayed in hospital for 0.5-1 d.Conclusion The integrated nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with Solenopsis invicta Buren sting,shorter the stay time in hospital,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
