摘要
目的分析基于ADDIE模式的叙事护理教学在门诊服务志愿者人文关怀能力中的应用效果,以提高门诊服务志愿者的人文关怀品质。方法采用便利抽样方法选取我院60名门诊服务志愿者作为研究对象,将2019年6月~2020年6月接受传统人文关怀培训的符合纳入标准的研究对象设为对照组,将2020年7月~2021年7月应用基于ADDIE模式的叙事护理培训的研究对象设为干预组。比较两组门诊服务志愿者的人文关怀能力、叙事护理知识、患者满意度情况。结果对照组的人文关怀能力考核得分平均为(104.56±8.09)分,干预组为(145.21±5.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的叙事护理知识得分比较,对照组为(85.33±3.59)分,干预组为(94.40±1.91)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的满意度比较,对照组为73.33%,干预组为90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于ADDIE模式的叙事护理教学可提高门诊服务志愿者的人文关怀能力、叙事护理知识得分以及患者满意度,为培养门诊志愿者服务能力提供了参考,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application and effect of training path of narrative nursing based on ADDIE model in humanistic care for outpatient service volunteer,as to improve the humanistic care quality in outpatient clinic nurse.Methods Using the convenience sampling method to select the hospital outpatient service volunteers as the research object,60 people were emrolled.The subjects who received traditional humanistic care training from June 2019 to June 2020 and met the inclusion criteria were set as the control group,and the subjects who applied narrative nursing training based on Addie model from July 2020 to July 2021 were set as the intervention group.The humanistic care ability of the two groups of outpatient service volunteer were compared.Results The average score of humanistic care ability assessment in the control group was(104.56±8.09),lower than(145.21±5.21)of the intervention group(P<0.05).The score of narrative nursing knowledge in the control group was(85.33±3.59)points,lower than(94.40±1.91)of the intervention group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the control group was 73.33%,and that in the intervention group was 90%,there was statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing teaching based on ADDIE model can improve the humanistic care ability of outpatient service volunteers,the score of narrative nursing knowledge and the satisfaction of patients,which provides a reference for training the service ability of outpatient volunteers,and is worth promoting and applying.
