赞赏教育在急诊科护生静脉穿刺教学中的应用效果

Effect of appreciate education in teaching of venipuncture for nursing students in emergency department

目的探讨赞赏教育在急诊科实习护生静脉穿刺教学中的应用效果。方法将2019年7月~2020年2月在我科本科护理实习生200名随机分为对照组与观察组,每组100名。对照组实施常规教学模式带教,观察组在常规教学基础上加用赞赏教育进行带教,比较两组实习护生一次性静脉穿刺成功率、静脉穿刺自信心、患者满意度。结果观察组静脉穿刺成功率、静脉穿刺自信心、患者满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护生静脉穿刺教学中采用赞赏教育有利于提高护生的静脉穿刺技术,增强护生的自信心,同时也提高患者满意度,提高了教学效果,值得推广借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of appreciate education in improving the application of venipuncture technique for nursing students in emergency department.Methods 200 undergraduate nursing interns in our department from July 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 in each group.The control group was taught by conventional teaching mode,and the observation group was taught by appreciate education on the basis of conventional teaching.The success rate of one-time venipuncture,venipuncture confidence and patient satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were compared and analyzed.Results The success rate of venipuncture,venipuncture confidence and patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 for each).Conclusion Appreciate education in the teaching of venipuncture for nursing students in emergency department is beneficial to improve their venipuncture technique,enhance their confidence,improve patient satisfaction and nursing students'teaching satisfaction,improve the teaching effect,worthy of popularization and reference.
