虚拟现实技术在住院医师航空医学救援培训中的应用和探讨 被引量:1

Application and discussion of virtual reality technology in resident aviation medical rescue training

摘要 目的探讨虚拟现实技术在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中进行航空医学救援培训的效果。方法随机选取2020年11月~2021年11月在广西医科大学第二附属医院急诊科进行规范化培训的住院医师110名,随机分为两组。实验组采用虚拟现实系统进行临床理论知识及技能培训,对照组采用传统临床教学方式进行培训,两组培训周期均为4周,培训结束后进行理论和技能出科考核,并比较两组理论考试成绩和临床技能操作成绩,同时采用问卷调查住院医师对教学效果的自我评价。结果实验组的出科理论考试成绩为(87.86±4.65)分,对照组为(85.51±4.51)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组出科技能考试成绩(83.16±4.15)分明显高于对照组的(77.036±6.90),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组在学习兴趣、急救环境适应、理论知识应用及技能操作掌握度方面均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用虚拟现实系统进行航空医学救援培训能够有效提高住院医师的临床急救水平,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of virtual reality technology on aviation medical rescue training in standardized training of emergency residents.Methods A total of 110 residents who received standardized resident training in the Emergency Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from November 2020 to November 2021 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group used a virtual reality system to train residents in clinical theoretical knowledge and skills;the control group was trained by the teacher one to one by the traditional clinical teaching method.The training period lasted for 4 weeks.After the training,the theory and skills were evaluated,and the theoretical test scores and clinical skill operation scores were compared between the two groups.At the same time,the self-evaluation of the teaching effect was carried out by questionnaire survey.Results The theoretical examination scores of the experimental group(87.86±4.65)were higher than those of the control group(85.51±4.51),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores for f the sciences and technology examination in the experimental group(83.16±4.15)were significantly higher than those in the control group(77.036±6.90),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was higher than the control group in learning interest,emergency environment adaptation,theoretical knowledge application,and skills operation mastery,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05 for each).Conclusion The application of virtual reality systems in aviation medical rescue training can effectively improve the clinical emergency level of residents,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
