摘要 基于顾客满意度理论,提出了混合式教学的学生满意度理论模型,并利用AMOS 17.0对模型进行拟合、修订和检验。研究表明:混合式教学的学生满意度指数模型包括学生期望、线下教学、线上学习、感知价值、学生满意度、学生忠诚6个因素,各自变量对混合式教学满意度的影响路径为:学生期望通过线下教学、线上学习、感知价值间接正向影响学生满意度(0.214);线下教学既直接又间接正向影响学生满意度(0.484);线上学习既直接又间接正向影响学生满意度(0.528);感知价值直接正向影响学生满意度(0.700),学生忠诚显著直接影响学生满意度(0.710)。 Based on the theory of customer satisfaction,a theoretical model of student satisfaction in blended teaching is proposed.The model was fitted,modified and tested by AMOS 17.0.The research shows that the student satisfaction model of blended teaching includes six factors:student expectation,perceived offline teaching quality,perceived online learning quality,perceived value,student satisfaction and student loyalty.The influence path of each variable on the satisfaction of blended teaching was as follows:students’ expectation indirectly positively influences student satisfaction of blended teaching through perceived value,offline teaching and online learning(0.214);offline teaching has a direct and indirect positive impact on student satisfaction(0.484);online learning has both direct and indirect positive effects on student satisfaction(0.528);perceived value has a direct and positive impact on student satisfaction(0.700),student loyalty has a significant direct impact on student satisfaction(0.710).
