The Development Strategy of Industry-education Integration in Regional Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of "Skilled Gansu"

“技能甘肃”的出台为甘肃省高等职业学校深化产教融合进一步提供了政策支持。为不断优化产教融合组态形式,提升区域职业院校服务产业发展的能力,提出了校企共建产业学院,以产教融合实训基地为支撑、以应用技术协同创新中心为牵引、以教师教学创新团队为基础、以现代学徒制为主要模式的产教融合发展策略,开展企业技术服务和高素质技术技能人才培养,实现了技术技能人才培养和区域产业重点岗位需求结构要素的全方位融合,为区域高等职业学校深化产教融合发展提供了参考。

The policy of "skilled Gansu" provides support for the higher vocational colleges in Gansu Province to deepen the integration of industry and education,which helps to continuously optimize the integration of industry and education and enhance the development ability of service industry in regional vocational colleges.It is proposed that industrial colleges jointly built by the universities and enterprises with the industry-education integration training bases,centers for applied technology collaborative innovation.It also advocates teaching innovation teams to promote apprenticeship to provide technical services to enterprises by training high-quality technical and skilled personnel.Under these policies,it’ll be sooner to realize the technical skills training and all-round integration of demand structure elements of key posts in regional industries,which provides a reference for regional higher vocational colleges to deepen the development of integration of industry and education.
