构建高校共同富裕共同体的路径研究

Research on the Path of Constructing the Community of Common Prosperity in Colleges and Universities

共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,促进共同富裕,关键在于提升人的能力。大学生作为推动共同富裕的主体之一,高校应聚焦以增能赋能为目标的育人体系创新。为此,提出构建高校共同富裕共同体,并对其内涵进行阐释,论述其在文化建设、人才培养、经济增长、社会发展等方面的意义,从认知培育、文化创新、实践探究、政策制定四方面提出构建高校共同富裕共同体的路径。

Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism,the key to promoting common prosperity is to enhance the capability of people.Since the college students are one of the main bodies of the construction of common prosperity,the education system in colleges and universities should focus on accelerating the innovation of education system with the goal of capability and empowerment enhancement.This paper proposes to build a community of common prosperity and makes further annotation for its connotation.Then,it expounds its significance in economic growth,cultural construction,talent training and social development,etc.Finally,it puts forward the methods of constructing the community of common prosperity in colleges and universities from the four dimensions:cognitive cultivation,cultural innovation,practical exploration and policy formulation.
