摘要
以军兵种院校导弹专业人才培养为背景,系统研究分析了信息化背景下导弹专业学员岗位任职能力的新需求。基于训练大纲梳理了导弹专业学员岗位任职的基础能力需求:装备操作和维护保障能力、装备组训和指挥管理能力、文档阅读和自主学习能力;着眼装备发展和未来信息化战场环境,研究分析了导弹专业学员岗位任职的高阶能力需求:知识再造和学习迁移能力、态势感知和快速决策能力、装备驾驭和人机融合能力。融合基础能力和高阶能力的岗位任职能力需求模型,为军兵种院校导弹专业人才培养明确了教学目标。
Based on the training of missile professionals in military academies,this paper systematically studies and analyzes the new requirements of the post-holding ability of missile cadets under the information-based background.Based on the training outline,the basic ability requirements of missile cadets are sorted out:equipment operation and maintenance support ability,equipment-based training and command management ability,document reading and self-learning ability.Focusing on equipment development and future informationized battlefield environment,this paper studies and analyzes the requirements of high-level abilities of missile cadets:knowledge reengineering and learning transfer,information perception and rapid decision-making,equipment control and man-machine integration.Combining the basic ability with the advanced ability,the post-holding ability demand model makes clear the teaching goal for the training of missile professionals in military academies.
