辽宁省护理本科生灾害应对能力现状及影响因素研究

摘要 目的了解辽宁省护理本科生灾害应对能力现状并分析其影响因素,为本地区灾害护理学教育模式的选择提供参考及依据。方法采用便利抽样法选取辽宁省某医学院校443名在校护理本科生为研究对象,使用自制护理本科生灾害应对能力问卷、一般自我效能感量表、护理专业大学生自主学习能力测评量表对其进行问卷调查。结果护理本科生灾害应对能力总分为(127.22±19.68)分;是否接受过灾害护理学教学、是否接受过灾害护理学线上教学、是否参加过灾害现场救护、一般自我效能感与自主学习能力水平是影响护理本科生灾害应对能力的主要因素(P<0.01)。结论辽宁省护理本科生灾害应对能力处于中等水平,受多种因素影响。开展灾害护理学教学,应注重教学内容与方法的转变,以提高护理本科生灾害应对能力。 Objective This thesis understands the current situation of disaster response ability of nursing undergraduates in Liaoning Province and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference and basis for the selection of disaster nursing education model in the region.Methods 443 nursing undergraduates from a medical college in Liaoning province were selected by convenience sampling method as the research object.The questionnaire of disaster response ability,general self-efficacy scale and self-learning ability of nursing undergraduates were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results The total score of disaster response ability of nursing undergraduates was(127.22±19.68)points.The main factors affecting the disaster response ability of nursing undergraduates were whether they have received disaster nursing teaching,whether they have received disaster nursing online teaching,whether they have participated in disaster on-site rescue,general self-efficacy and autonomous learning ability(P<0.01).Conclusion The disaster response ability of nursing undergraduates in Liaoning Province is at the middle level,which is affected by many factors.The teaching of disaster nursing should focus on the change of teaching contents and methods in order to improve the ability of nursing undergraduates to cope with disasters.
