摘要
通过模拟合成气制烯烃工业试验装置中的腐蚀环境,采用浸泡腐蚀挂片法研究三种钢材在不同温度及小分子有机酸浓度下的腐蚀行为。结果表明:3种材质整体耐蚀性能为Q345R<0Cr13<304L,材料的腐蚀程度随温度升高和酸浓度的增大而加重,Q345R在试验范围内不耐蚀,304L具有较好的耐蚀性。低温时在相同的甲酸、乙酸浓度下,Q345R在甲酸中的腐蚀速率高于在乙酸中的腐蚀速率;而高温时,在乙酸中的腐蚀速率高于在甲酸中的腐蚀速率。Cr, Ni对提高材料的耐蚀性是有益的。
By simulating the corrosion environment of industrial test for producing olefins from syngas, corrosion behaviors of three steels at different temperatures and concentrations of small molecular organic acids were studied by coupon immersion tests. The results showed corrosion resistance of the three materials was Q345 R<0 Cr13<304 L;the corrosion of the materials increased with the rise of temperature and acid concentration;Q345 R was corroded within the test range, while 304 L had good corrosion resistance. Under the same molar concentration, the corrosion rate of Q345 R in formic acid was higher than that in acetic acid at low temperature, while the corrosion rate in acetic acid was higher than that in formic acid at high temperature. Cr and Ni were beneficial to improve the corrosion resistance of the material.
