摘要
含硫油气井在开发过程中,腐蚀性气体或液体对剪切闸板刀体容易造成腐蚀且不易察觉,从而造成剪切作业时刀体会立即发生脆断。选取CrMo系列高强度钢作为剪切刀体材料,分别加工冲击试块、拉伸试样和试片,通过锌镍硬质颗粒渗层工艺处理,在试样表面产生渗层,开展锌镍渗层成分、组织结构、表面力学、腐蚀电化学及硫化氢腐蚀试验测试,研究了锌镍渗层对剪切刀体抗硫化氢腐蚀性能的影响。
In the development of sour oil and gas wells, corrosive gas or liquid caused corrosion to the cutter body which was difficult to detect, so the immediate brittle fracture of the cutter body during shear operations was a challenge in managing well control risks. In this study, CrMo series high strength steel was selected as the material of cutter body and processed into impact block, tensile sample and test piece. Through the process of zinc nickel hard particle coating, the infiltration layer was generated on the sample surface. Then the tests of composition, structure, surface mechanics, electrochemical corrosion performance and hydrogen sulfide corrosion were carried out to reveal the influence of zinc nickel coating on the sulfur resistance of shear blade.
