摘要
大型原油储罐是国家战略石油储备和商业石油存转输的关键设备。依据有关规范,一般常压原油储罐必须每6~9 a进行一次开罐检维修,但生产运行很难安排这些大型原油储罐按期检修。根据相关标准,可以利用声发射等在线检测和基于风险的检验(RBI)技术,对某油库6台大型原油储罐进行在线检测及RBI评估,最终识别了大型原油储罐的失效模式和损伤机理,计算了储罐风险,优化了大修周期由6~9 a延长至10~14 a,解决了储罐到期需要开罐检验而生产运行无法安排储罐开罐检验之间的矛盾。实践证明,RBI评估给出的检验策略更具可行性,无损检测比例低,能够更加合理地利用有限的检验资源,提高检验效率。
Large crude oil tank is important for national strategic oil reserve and commercial oil storage and transportation. According to relevant specifications, atmospheric crude oil tanks must be inspected and maintained every 6~9 a, but it is hard to arrange periodic overhaul for tanks in production operation. According to related standards, acoustic emission and risk-based inspection(RBI) technology were applied on 6 crude oil tanks of an oil depot. By doing so, failure mode and damage mechanism of the tanks were identified, tank risk was calculated, and overhaul cycle was optimized from 6~9 a to 10~14 a. It is proved by practice that the inspection strategy given by RBI evaluation is more feasible, it has low proportion of nondestructive testing, and it can make the most use of limited inspection resources and improve inspection efficiency.
