摘要 埋地输油管道一旦出现腐蚀泄漏将可能造成严重后果,定期的腐蚀检测是保障其质量完整性的重要手段。采用管道外防腐层检测结合低频导波检测技术,对埋地输油管道进行综合检测试验研究,结果表明:采用PCM+(多频管中电流检测法)结合低频导波的综合检测技术可对埋地管道腐蚀缺陷进行有效检测;采用低频导波检测须对管道进行开挖,而且导波一次有效扫查距离受现场工况影响有所减少。建议后续研究采用多种非开挖快速检测技术相结合的方式,从而保障管道的结构健康安全。 It will bring serious consequences once there is corrosion leakage in long-distance buried oil pipelines. Therefore, it’s necessary to conduct periodic detection for ensuring its quality integrity. In the paper, an experimental study of comprehensive detection on buried oil pipelines was carried out by employing the technologies of anti-corrosion coating detection of external pipelines(PCM+) and low-frequency guided wave. The findings showed that the comprehensive detection technology can effectively locate corrosion defects in buried pipelines. It also revealed that low-frequency guided wave detection is less disturbed by the impact of on-site working environment. It is suggested that a combination of various trenchless rapid detection technologies should be adopted to ensure the safety and stability of pipeline structure in follow-up studies.
