高校教师科研失范行为治理对策探究--基于社会结构的视角

摘要 随着国家对科研工作的重视和高校人才评价机制的引导,高校教师更加重视科研工作,与此同时他们的科研失范行为也日趋增多。科研管理部门只有准确把握科研失范行为的内在特征,找出科研失范行为产生的社会文化根源,并从社会结构角度出发出台合理的科学发展政策、制定科研评价制度,调整对高校教师科研成果的不合理预期,增加教师参与科学研究机会的制度供给,才能有效防范科研失范行为的发生,营造出良好的学术生态环境,助力我国早日实现科技强国的发展目标。 With more importance attached by the state to scientific research and guidance given to talent evaluation mechanism at higher school,college teachers commit themselves more to scientific research.However,their misconducts in scientific research are on the rise.Departments in charge should have an accurate understanding of the nature of these misconducts so as to identify the social and cultural causes,to formulate feasible policies and evaluating system to advance scientific research,to adapt their unreasonable expectations,and to increase their access to more opportunities of scientific research in terms of system supply.Only by these measures can we prevent these misconducts from occurring,favorable academic climate be created,and the target of empowering China’s rise be achieved as early as possible.
