摘要
过渡金属硫化物(TMSs)由于具有较高的理论比容量、平坦的充放电平台和低的成本,被人们广泛地关注。但是大的体积膨胀和快速的容量衰减阻碍其在电动汽车和大型储能设备中的应用。研究表明,将过渡金属硫化物与碳材料复合,可以改善复合材料的电化学性能。主要综述了具有代表性的过渡金属硫化物/碳复合材料作为锂离子电池负极材料的研究进展。简要分析了复合材料的电化学反应机理、制备方法和电化学性能。最后对TMSs在锂电方面的应用进行了总结和展望。
Transition metal sulfides(TMSs)have been widely concerned because of their high theoretical specific capacity,flat charging and discharging platform and low cost.However,large volume expansion and rapid capacity attenuation hinder its application in electric vehicles and large energy storage equipment.The results show that combine TMSs with carbon materials can greatly improve the electrochemical performance of the materials.The research progress of TMSs/carbon composites as anode materials of Li-ion batteries was reviewed.The electrochemical reaction mechanism,preparation methods and electrochemical properties of the composites were briefly analyzed.Finally,the application of TMSs in Li battery was summarized and prospected.
