摘要
采用高温固相煅烧法制备Eu^(3+)掺杂的锂离子电池正极材料LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2),通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和充放电测试,考察不同掺杂量的Eu^(3+)对材料结构、形貌及电化学性能的影响。结果显示,Eu^(3+)的掺入没有改变材料晶体结构,但降低了材料的电极电阻,从而提高了材料的循环稳定性。在3.0~4.3V、1C条件下,Eu^(3+)掺杂量为0.5%的材料在循环120圈后容量保持率为83.4%,未掺杂材料的容量保持率仅有63.4%。
Eu^(3+) doping LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2) cathode material for Li-ion batteries was prepared by high-temperature solid-state calcination method.The effects of Eu^(3+) on the structure,morphology and electrochemical properties of the materials were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and charge-discharge test.The results shown that the doping of Eu^(3+) did not change the crystal structure of the material,but reduced the electrode resistance of the material,which improved the cycling stability of the material.Under the conditions of 3.0~4.3V and 1C,the capacity retention rate of 0.5%Eu^(3+) doped material was 83.4%after 120 cycles,while that of undoped materials was only 63.4%.
