摘要
采用石蜡和十二醇配比制备相变温度区较大的二元相变材料,采用步冷实验法测得不同配比的二元共晶体的相变温度区间。以5∶5配比的石蜡与十二醇为研究对象,研究二元相变材料性能。结果表明:二元相变材料在19.67℃时开始熔化,42.42℃时完全熔化结束,熔化潜热为215.4J/g;经红外光谱测试发现没有新物质产生;二元相变材料经过50次和100次循环测试后具有良好的热稳定性。因此,该二元材料在低温相变储能领域有广泛的应用价值。
Binary phase change materials(PCMs)with a larger phase transition temperature range was prepared with the different ratio of paraffin and dodecanol,and the phase transition temperature range of the binary eutectic with different ratios was measured by the step-cooling experiment method.Then,the 5∶5 ratio of paraffin and dodecanol was used to study the performance of the PCMs.It was found that the PCMs began to melt at 19.67℃and completely melted at 42.42℃.The latent heat of melting was 215.4 J/g.It was found that no new substances were produced by infrared spectroscopy.The PCMs had good thermal stability after 50 and 100 cycles of testing.Therefore,the PCMs had broad application value in the field of low-temperature phase change energy storage.
