粉煤灰/聚氨酯防滑涂层的制备和性能研究

摘要 分别对两种固废粉煤灰(FA)和交联聚氨酯(CPU)进行表面改性后再与聚氨酯(PU)乳胶复配的方法制得防滑涂层,该方法充分发挥了复合防滑骨料中FA的刚性和CPU的韧性的协同作用,有望改善防滑涂层的综合性能。结果表明:采用对CPU和FA的分别改性再复配的方法,当颜基比为1.25,CPU与FA的比例为4∶1时,颜料体积浓度(PVC)接近临界颜料体积浓度(CPVC),此时涂层的摩擦系数达到了0.70,邵氏硬度为60HA,用砂纸摩擦100次后,摩擦系数仍保持在0.69左右。该复合膜具有良好的硬度、耐磨性、防滑性和耐热稳定性,在室温下通过了72h耐水性测试,接触角保持在76.3°。该方法为固体废弃物CPU和FA在防滑领域提供了一种新的应用途径。 After surface modifications on two kinds of solid waste fly ash(FA)and cross-linked polyurethane(CPU)respectively,modified compounds mixed with polyurethane(PU)latex to obtain a non-slip coating.This method made full use of the rigidity of FA and the toughness of the CPU in the composite non-slip coating,which was expected to improve the overall performance of the non-slip coating.The experimental results shown that the method of separately modifying CPU and FA and then compounding,when the ratio of pigment to polymer was 1.25 and the ratio of CPU to FA was 4∶1,the pigment volume concentration(PVC)was close to the critical pigment volume concentration(CPVC).At this time,the friction coefficient of the coating reached 0.70,and the Shore hardness was 60 HA.After rubbing with sandpaper 100 times,the friction coefficient remained at about 0.69.The composite film had good hardness,abrasion resistance,slip resistance and heat stability.Passed the 72 h water resistance test at room temperature,the contact angle was maintained at 76.3°.This method provided a new way for the application of solid waste CPU and FA in the field of slip resistance.
