基于业财融合视角,通过对公立医院国有资产管理现状与问题的梳理,重构国有资产管理体制、制度体系和管理模式,并进行全生命周期管理流程再造,明确实施路径,提升公立医院国有资产管理水平。

From the perspective of industry-finance integration,this study sorted out the status quo and problems of state-owned assets management in public hospitals,reconstructed the state-owned assets management system,institutional system and management model,and re-engineered the whole life cycle management process,clarified the implementation path,and improved state-owned assets management in public hospitals.
