摘要 为了同时实现转子永磁型直流发电机的灵活调压和无刷化励磁,提出一种新型的混合励磁无刷直流发电机。该发电机采用N-I-I-I型交替极拓扑,利用铁心极的高磁导特征,即通过铁心极为电励磁磁通提供低磁阻路径,实现磁通的灵活调节。同时,采用集成式直流感应方式实现无刷化励磁,感应励磁部分和主电机部分共用一套定转子铁心(叠片),不存在径向/轴向三维磁路,结构简单,且空间利用率高。该文介绍所提新型集成感应式混合励磁无刷直流发电机的结构,阐述其运行原理;并采用有限元仿真分析其空载和负载下的电磁性能。结果表明所提出的发电机具有良好的感应励磁特性和调压特性。最后,加工一台样机,测试结果验证了理论和仿真分析的正确性。 In order to achieve flexible regulation of output voltage and brushless excitation for the rotor-PM DC generator,a novel hybrid excitation brushless DC generator was proposed.The generator adopts the consequent-pole rotor featuring N-I-I-I pole sequence,in which the iron poles provide low reluctance paths for the flux produced by excitation winding,and then the flexible regulation of flux can be achieved.Meanwhile,the method of integrated DC induction was adopted to achieve the brushless excitation of the generator,in which the induction excitation part and the main machine part share one set of the stator/rotor core laminated by silicon steel sheet,and then the simple structure and high space utilization were achieved.This paper introduced the structure and operation principle of the proposed generator.Finite element simulation was employed to analyze the electromagnetic performance of the generator under both no load and load conditions.The results show that the proposed generator has good induction excitation and voltage regulation characteristics.Finally,a prototype was manufactured,and the experimental results can verify the correctness of the theory and simulation analysis.
