摘要
高速公路沥青路面在长时间运营后,沥青路面病害逐渐增多,急需一种具有高抗剪、高耐磨、抗车辙强、开放交通快、施工简单且长寿命的路面材料。本文研究分析了ESMA-5高温环氧沥青粘层高性能超薄磨耗层使用性能及其施工工艺,解决了传统超薄磨耗层容易脱落、耐久性差、施工工艺复杂、施工机具专业要求高等问题。为公路路面应急处置、性能提升、美化亮化、绿色环保提供了一项经济、可靠的处理方案。
After the long-term operation of expressway asphalt pavement,the diseases of asphalt pavement are gradually increasing. There is an urgent need for a pavement material with high shear resistance,high wear resistance,strong rutting resistance,fast open traffic,simple construction and long service life. This paper studies and analyzes the service performance and construction technology of high-performance ultra-thin wearing course of esma-5 high-temperature epoxy asphalt adhesive layer,and solves some disadvantages and deficiencies of traditional ultra-thin wearing course technology,such as easy falling off,poor durability,complex construction technology and high professional requirements of construction machines and tools. It provides an economic and reliable treatment scheme for highway pavement emergency disposal,performance improvement,beautification and lighting,green and environmental protection.
