水下移动发射平台设计与初步试验

摘要 针对弹丸水下移动发射的研究需求,完成了水下移动发射平台的整体设计,重点研究了发射平台的动力拖动技术,初步建立了发射试验系统模型。建立了包含封闭水箱、发射平台等模块的试验系统仿真模型,开展了流体力学仿真分析,获得了发射平台在水下移动过程中的受力情况,为驱动系统牵引动力选型提供了设计依据。最后进行了试验,试验过程中借助高速摄影技术计算了发射平台的牵引速度,验证了该系统设计的可行性及可靠性,为进行水下移动发射相关技术研究提供了参考,对水下多弹发射过程中的空化、多弹干扰技术以及水下弹道控制等方面的研究有重要的意义。 Aiming at the research requirements of underwater mobile projectile launching,the overall design of the underwater mobile projectile launching test system is completed.The dynamic drag technology of the launching system is studied and a preliminary launching test system model is obtained.The simulation model of the test system including the closed water tank and the launch platform is established,and the hydrodynamic simulation analysis is carried out to obtain the force of the launch platform during the underwater movement,which provides the design basis for the selection of traction power in the drive system.Finally,the experiment is carried out.The high-speed photography technology is used to collect and fit the traction speed data of the underwater mobile projectile launch system during the test,which verifies the feasibility and the reliability of the design of the system.The results can be a reference for the research on relevant technologies of underwater mobile launching of projectile.It is of great significance to the research on cavitation,multi missile interference technology and underwater trajectory control in the process of underwater multi missile launching.
