摘要
中国共产党自成立以来,就非常重视对教材建设的领导。在中国共产党的领导下,中小学教材建设之路大致可划分为摸索前行、借鉴规整、曲折发展、调整改革、统筹出新五个演进阶段。回顾中国共产党领导中小学教材建设的历史演进,可发现党领导下的教材建设注重以马克思主义思想为指导、注重坚守服务广大人民群众的理念、注重凸显中华文化的民族特点、注重保持理论研究和实践应用相一致。基于此,立足党和国家教材发展的政策方针,中国共产党未来领导中小学教材建设需打造四方面格局:把握立场鲜明的政治方向,形成教材建设的“中国特色”;落实立德树人的育人导向,彰显教材价值的“中国风格”;汲取培根铸魂的文化力量,树立教材文化的“中国自信”;坚持理论与实践并重的建设理念,构建教材研究的“中国话语”。
Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,great importance has been attached to the leadership of textbook construction.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the development of textbook construction in primary and secondary schools can be roughly divided into five evolutionary stages,which include exploration and advancement stage,reference and regulation stage,tortuous development stage,reform and adjustment stage,and overall planning and innovation stage.Reviewing the historical evolution of the textbook construction in primary and secondary schools under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,it can be found that the construction of textbook under the leadership of the Communist Party of China focuses on the guidance of Marxist thought,adheres to the concept of serving the broad masses,highlights the national characteristics of the Chinese culture,and keeps theoretical research consistent with practical application.In view of this,based on the educational policies of the Party and national development,the development of the future textbook construction under the leadership of the Communist Party of China should grasp the political direction with distinct stand and form the"Chinese characteristics"of the construction of textbooks;implement the educational orientation of establishing morality and cultivating people and highlight the"Chinese style"of the value of textbook;draw on the cultural power of consolidating the foundation and casting the soul of China and build up the"Chinese confidence"of the culture of textbook;insist on the construction concept of equal emphasis on theory and practice,and construct"Chinese discourse"of the research on textbook.
