摘要
高质量的农村教师队伍是建设高质量的农村教育的重要基础。不同视域中农村中小学教师有不同的角色担当,农村教育问题本质上是城乡关系问题在教育领域的投射。农村教师专业发展存在三方面困窘:缺乏身份认同,专业自我定位不清;缺乏展示平台,专业能力训练乏力;缺乏教研氛围,专业知识水准不高。明确方向、明晰标高是农村教师专业发展解窘的逻辑起点,认识特点、突破难点、紧抓要点是农村教师专业发展解窘的路径方法,做好教师发展规划、建设校园教师文化是农村教师专业发展解窘的内驱机制。
A high-quality rural teaching force is an important basis for the construction of high-quality rural education.Rural primary and secondary school teachers have different roles in different perspectives,and rural education is essentially a reflection of the problem of urban-rural relationship in the field of education.There are some dilemmas in the professional development of rural teachers:lack of identity and unclear professional self-orientation,lack of display platform and weak training of professional ability,and lack of teaching research atmosphere and low level of professional knowledge.Clarifying the direction and goal is the logical starting point for rural teachers'professional development;Understanding the characteristics,breaking through the difficulties and grasping the key points are the ways and methods to solve the dilemma of rural teachers'professional development;Doing well in teachers'development planning and constructing teacher culture in schools are the internal driving mechanisms to solve the dilemma of rural teachers'professional development.
