摘要
熔体黏度在评定聚酯质量中起到关键作用,黏度过低或过高均会影响产品质量,黏度过低会增加断头及沾板发生率,降低切换成功率及成品丝强度,影响染色性能;黏度过高则可能造成熔体破裂、毛丝断头增加,影响吸色性能。因此,若想提升产品质量必须合理控制聚酯熔体黏度,以此提升生产企业竞争力,保障企业经济效益。本文从聚酯熔体概念及聚酯产品黏度工艺控制机理入手,分析熔体黏度的影响要素并探究针对性控制措施,以期为聚酯产品质量的提升提供参考。
Melt viscosity plays a key role in evaluating the quality of polyester.Too low or too high viscosity will affect the product quality.Too low viscosity will increase the incidence of broken ends and stained plates,reduce the success rate of switching and the strength of finished silk,and affect the dyeing performance;If the viscosity is too high,it may cause melt fracture,increase wool breakage,and affect the color absorption performance.Therefore,if we want to improve the product quality,we must reasonably control the viscosity of polyester melt,so as to enhance the competitiveness of production enterprises and ensure the economic benefits of enterprises.Starting with the concept of polyester melt and the viscosity process control mechanism of polyester products,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of melt viscosity and explores targeted control measures,in order to provide reference for the improvement of polyester product quality.
