微/介孔复合分子筛在加氢裂化领域的工业应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过在Y分子筛表面原位合成SBA-15分子筛并利用Al^(3+)在SBA-15分子筛中构建弱酸性位,合成出具有梯级孔和梯度酸分布的Y/AlSBA-15核壳复合分子筛。以该分子筛为主要酸性组分,负载活性金属W-Ni组合组分后,制备出单段高中油型加氢裂化催化剂CAT-AlSY。以伊朗VGO为原料,转化率相同时,CAT-AlSY催化剂的反应温度比Y分子筛催化剂低2℃,且对中间馏分油的选择性高2个百分点,尾油BMCI值更低。该催化剂应用于齐鲁石化SSOT装置,装置运转期间,活性稳定,各馏分产品性质均满足炼厂要求。 Y/AlSBA-15 core-shell composite zeolite with step pore and gradient acid distribution was developed by in-situ synthesis of SBA-15 zeolite on the surface of Y zeolite and the construction of weak acid sites in SBA-15 molecular sieve by Al^(3+).A single-stage high and medium oil hydrocracking catalyst CAT-AlSY was developed by using Y/AlSBA-15 composite zeolite as the main acidic component and W-Ni as the hydrogenation component.Under the same conditions,compared with Y zeolite catalyst,the reaction temperature of CAT-AlSY decreased~2℃,the selectivity of middle distillate increased by 2 point,and the BMCI value of tail oil was lower.CAT-AlSY catalyst has been successfully applied to the SSOT unit of Qilu Petrochemical.During the operation of the unit,the activity is stable,and the properties of each distillate meet the requirements of the refinery.
