ACO装置原料反应条件优化

摘要 本文以ACO工艺工业装置的平衡剂为催化剂,利用小型固定流化床实验装置对装置潜在可用的稳定轻烃、剩余C4等原料进行了分析研究,考察了各原料在不同反应温度、反应停留时间及剂油比等反应条件下,乙烯和丙烯收率的情况。试验数据表明两种原料的最优反应条件差异较大,稳定轻烃所需反应条件较以烯烃为主要组分的剩余C4更为苛刻,所需反应温度、反应时间及剂油比均较高。 In this paper,taking the equilibrium agent of ACO process industrial unit as the catalyst,the potentially available stable light hy-drocarbon,residual C4 and other raw materials of the unit were analyzed and studied by using a small fixed fluidized bed experimental device,and the yields of ethylene and propylene were investigated under different reaction conditions such as reaction temperature,reaction residence time and agent oil ratio.The experimental data show that the optimal reaction conditions of the two raw materials are quite different.The reaction conditions required to stabilize light hydrocarbons are more stringent than the residual C4 with olefins as the main component,and the reaction temperature,re-action time and agent oil ratio are higher.
