一种环保型调剖、堵水交联剂的研制方法及性能评价

摘要 本文研制了一种环保型调剖、堵水交联剂。由环己醇、水杨酸和对羟基苯甲酸,工业葡萄糖和六次甲基四胺反应合成。使用温度50℃~110℃,成胶强度(3000ppm使用浓度,BROOK FIELD黏度计测量)能达到43000mPa·s,黏度保留率30d 85%以上,其合成原料不含苯酚、甲醛等危化品的环保产品。经实验得出,对羟基苯甲酸与六次甲基四胺在摩尔比1:1.5~2.0时成胶后胶体的强度和稳定性为最佳配比,保质期长达一年以上,可以满足环保要求的调剖、堵水施工作业。 In this paper,an environment-friendly cross-linking agent for profile control and water blocking was developed.It is synthesized from cyclohexanol,salicylic acid and p-hydroxybenzoic acid,industrial glucose and hexamethylenetetramine.The use temperature is 50℃~110℃,the gel strength(using concentration of 3000ppm,measured by the BROOK FIELD viscometer)can reach 43000mPa·s,the viscosity retention rate is more than 30d 85%,and its synthetic raw materials do not contain phenol,formaldehyde and other environmentally friendly products.Experiments show that when the molar ratio of p-hydroxybenzoic acid and hexamethylenetetramine is 1:1.5~2.0,the strength and stability of the colloid are the best ratio,and the shelf life is as long as one year or more,which can meet the Profile control and water blocking construction operations required by environmental protection.
