This paper introduces the technical scheme,technical requirements and implementation details of a full membrane method for the recovery and utilization of wastewater based on the three-level discharge standard,and focuses on the ultrafiltration,reverse osmosis and cleaning technology of the core components,the treatment methods of the problems encountered in the implementation process,as well as the social and economic benefits after the successful implementation.
