摘要
高校思政课教师是实现立德树人的主体,承担着培育时代新人的重要职责。青年教师作为高校思政队伍中一个特殊群体,在育人实践活动中因自身认知、个人素养、外部环境等因素的制约,表现出一种对于角色适应的困境。思政课青年教师必须坚定理想信念、提升政治素养,明晰职业规划、平衡教研关系,提升业务水平、优化师生关系,深化角色认知、调整应对策略。
Ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities are the main body of building morality and cultivating people, and bear the important responsibility of cultivating new talents in the era.As a special group in the ideological and political team of colleges and universities, young teachers are in a dilemma to adapt to their roles due to the constraints of their own cognition, personal accomplishment, external environment and other factors in practical education activities.Young teachers of ideological and political courses must strengthen their ideals and beliefs, improve their political literacy, clarify their career planning, balance the relationship between teaching and research, improve their professional level, optimize the relationship between teachers and students, deepen their role cognition and adjust coping strategies.
