新时代要着力加强法治乡村建设

Efforts should be Made to Strengthen the Rule of Law in Rural Areas in the New Era

新时代法治乡村建设是实现全面依法治国的必然要求和推进乡村振兴的重要保障。法治乡村建设是一项长期性工作,建设中存在农村法律法规不健全、不完善,部分农村基层干部法律意识淡薄和村民法治素养总体不高等困境,必须坚持和加强党对法治乡村建设的领导、增强农村基层干部法治观念、加大农村普法力度、提高农民法治素养、坚持乡村居民的法治主体地位,不断推进新时代法治乡村建设。

Rural construction under the rule of law in the new era is an inevitable requirement to realize the comprehensive rule of law and an important guarantee to promote rural revitalization.The construction of rural areas under the rule of law is a long-term work.There are some difficulties in the construction, such as imperfect rural laws and regulations, weak legal awareness of some rural grass-roots cadres and low legal literacy of villagers.We must adhere to and strengthen the Party’s leadership over the construction of rural areas under the rule of law, enhance the concept of the rule of law of rural grass-roots cadres, strengthen law popularization in rural areas, improve farmers’ legal literacy and adhere to the dominant position of rural residents under the rule of law.We will continue to promote rural construction under the rule of law in the new era.
