框架摇摆墙结构研究综述

摘要 传统的混凝土框架结构在地震中往往出现不可修复的层屈服破坏模式,不仅带来巨大损失,还造成了极大的资源浪费,而框架摇摆墙结构中的摇摆墙的作用就是使结构各层间变形趋于一致,呈现出整体破坏模式,其通过将基础与摇摆墙墙底之间的约束放松,使结构本身在地震中可以进行摇摆来耗散地震能量,并通过自重、预应力或其他方式进行复位,将建筑物的抗震性能提高。文章首先回顾了摇摆结构的发展历程,然后对框架摇摆墙结构的基本原理进行了详细介绍,并列出一项将摇摆墙运用到实际工程加固中的案例,并指出从结构体系的角度入手是未来结构优化设计的主要方向。
