摘要
针对深圳地铁某区间矿山法暗挖隧道雨季时节隧道结构缺陷部位呈现点、线、面、喷射等形式渗漏,造成水淹道床、影响行车安全的险情,开展了注浆治理技术方案研究。根据工程地质、衬砌结构形式以及出水点渗漏情况,分析了不同的渗漏水原因,结合隧道“注浆堵水、合理引流、综合治理”的原则,设计针对性的治理技术方案。治理方案整体上以二衬背后堵漏为主,以局部缺陷段处理为辅,再附以合理的疏水方案;结构局部缺陷段按照“先堵面渗,再堵线渗,后堵点渗;先堵侧墙,后堵拱顶位置”的顺序进行治理。隧道二衬背后以无泌水水泥基注浆材料为主,重点对二衬与初支之间的脱空区及二衬内部结构缺陷部位进行填充注浆,局部缺陷点、线、面处理时注化学浆。该注浆治理设计方案可为隧道渗漏水治理提供依据和参考。
According to the point,line,surface,shooting and other type leakages occurred at the structural defective parts of the tunnel at the rain season when a underground tunneling was conducted with the mine law in a section of Shenzhen metro system,the water leakages would cause the railway flooded and effect the vehicle driving safety danger and a study was conducted on the technical plan of the grouting treatment.Based on the engineering geology and liner structure as well as the leakage conduction at the water points,the paper analyzed the causes of the different leakage water.In combination with "the grouting and water sealing,rational drainage and comprehensive control" principle of the tunnel,a pertinence treatment technical plan was designed.Generally the treatment plan would mainly take the second liner backfill sealing,tack a partial defect section treatment as a second and then tack a rational water drainage plan.The structural partial defect section would be controlled according to the "first sealing and surface infiltrating,then sealing and point infiltrating and first side wall sealing,then late arch roof location sealing" sequence.The second liner behind the tunnel would mainly use the no bleeding water cement grouting material and a backfill grouting would be conducted mainly on the empty area between the second liner and initial support and the internal structure defect locations of the second liner.The chemical grout would be applied to treat the partial defect point,line and surface.The grouting treatment design plan could provide the basis and references to the leakage water control of the tunnel.
