煤矿用扒装式救援装载机研究

摘要 煤矿及其它矿山的实践表明,各种安全事故发生之后,人员伤亡并不全由矿难事故直接造成,很大部分由于现场工况恶劣,抢险救援装备不足,救援工作难以开展,以致被困人员因溺水、有害气体中毒等引起伤亡。本文研究了一种适用于煤矿应急救援的扒装式救援装载机,可用于救援过程中的低矮巷道出矸,主要包括扒装系统、液压系统、行走系统、运输机系统、动力系统等。由于一般救援现场空间窄小,为降低机器高度,将动力装置布置在机器的下部,用法兰固定电机与油泵,并将机器底盘与系统液压油箱设计成一体,有效地利用空间,缩小机器体积。采用装卸分离、由机器的不同机构完成的方式,使机器装载时机身处于静置状态,使机器的工作高度进一步降低,实现了小断面巷道的装、卸载一体化。该装载机适应性强,可靠性高。 The practices in the coal mine and other mine showed that after different safety accident occurred,the casualties were not all directly caused by the mine accident,mostly due to the site conditions terrible,emergency rescue equipment insufficient,rescue work hard to conduct,thus the personnel in difficulty would be injury and death by the drowning,noxious gas poisoned and others.The paper had a study on the gathering arm rescue loader suitable for the mine emergency rescue and the loader could apply to the mine refuse discharging in the mine low height gateway during the mine rescue processing.The loader would mainly include the gathering and loading system,hydraulic system,walking system,conveyor system,power system and others.Due to a space of a rescue site generally was small and narrow,in order to reduce the height of the loader,the power device was installed the bottom of the loader and was fit with the electric motor and oil pump by the flanges.Then the chassis of the loader and the hydraulic oil tank of the hydraulic system ware designed as a whole,could effectively use the space and could reduce the volume of the loader.As the loading and discharging were separated and were completed with the different mechanism of the loader,thus during the loading operation,the loader body would be in a static state,the operation height of the loader would be further reduced and the loading and discharging integration of the loader in the small cross section gateway was realized.The adaptability of the loader was strong and the reliability was high.
