管道环焊缝焊接及焊后热处理过程模拟分析 被引量:3

摘要 以大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS作为模拟分析工具,以二维方式建模,采用斜坡加载热源并应用生死单元控制技术,对12Cr1MoVG管道多层多道环焊缝焊接及焊后热处理过程进行了模拟,获得了焊接温度场及相应残余应力场并进行了相关分析。结果表明:管道环焊缝及其附近区域等效应力为拉应力;热处理起到减小并均匀应力的作用,可使应力分布区间进一步变窄;热处理在改善内表面拉应力和外表面压应力方面效果显著。 In this paper,ABAQUS was taken as a simulation analysis tool and a two-dimensional model was built,including making use of both ramped loading heat source and birth-death element control technology to simulate both girth welding and post welding heat treatment process of multi-layer and multi-pass girth welding of 12Cr1MoVG pipeline so as to obtain and analyze the welding temperature field and the corresponding residual stress field.The results show that,the equivalent stress of girth welding and its adjacent area is tensile stress;and the heat treatment can reduce and even the stress and make the stress distribution range narrower and the effect of heat treatment on improving the tensile stress of inner surface and compressive stress of outer surface is obvious.
