百年大变局下,世界格局和国际力量对比发生重大变化,中国坚持和推进“一国两制”事业也面临新情况和新问题。新的历史条件下,坚持“一国两制”,必须坚持和维护中国共产党的领导;必须与中华民族伟大复兴战略全局相结合;必须与人类命运共同体构建相结合;必须坚持“一个中国”原则,加强中华儿女大团结;必须扩展国际视野,准确把握国际格局变化实质;必须应对西方对中国的持续污名化,着力塑造并传播中国国家形象。

Under the great changes in the past century,great changes have taken place in the world pattern and the balance of international forces.China’s adherence and promotion of the cause of“one country,two systems”are also facing new situations and problems.Under the new historical conditions,to adhere to“one country,two systems”and to promote the reunification of the motherland,we must adhere to the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party;we must be combined with the overall situation of the great rejuvenation strategy of the Chinese nation;we must be integrated with a community with a shared future for mankind;we must adhere to the“one China”principle and strengthen the great unity of the Chinese people;we must expand our international vision and accurately grasp the essence of the changes in the international pattern;we must deal with the continuous stigmatization of China by the west,and strive to shape and spread China’s national image.
