摘要
为了研究新型固化剂改良黄土的抗冲刷性能,采用自主研发的抗冲刷试验设备,以素黄土为对照组,考虑龄期、压实度以及掺量的影响,对新型固化剂改良黄土进行系列抗冲刷试验研究。结果表明:自主研发的抗冲刷试验设备能够提供不同的稳态流速和恒定水压,并可对流速和水压进行实时监测,能够满足研究需要;与素黄土相比,新型固化剂改良黄土的抗冲刷性能明显提高,抗冲刷强度提高了约492倍;新型固化剂改良黄土的抗冲刷性能随龄期的增长而增强,且固化剂与土反应迅速,短时间内抗冲刷性能就能得到很大提升;新型固化剂改良黄土的抗冲刷性能随压实度的增大而增强,且呈非线性关系;新型固化剂改良黄土的抗冲刷性能随新型固化剂掺量的增加而增强,且呈线性关系。新型固化剂改良黄土的抗冲刷性能技术指标能够满足土坝过流而不溃决的要求,可用于淤地坝建设。
In order to study the anti-scour performance of loess improved by new curing agent, the self-developed anti scour test equipment is adopted. Taking plain loess as the control group, considering the influence of age, compaction degree and dosage, a series of anti-scour tests were carried out on the improved loess with the new curing agent. The results are as follows. The self-developed anti scour test equipment can provide different steady-state flow velocity and constant water pressure, and can monitor the flow velocity and water pressure in real time, which can meet the research needs. Compared with plain loess, the anti-scour performance of the new curing agent improved loess is significantly improved, and the anti-scour strength is increased by about 492 times. The anti-scour performance of the new curing agent improved loess increases with the increase of age, and the curing agent reacts rapidly with the soil, so the anti-scour performance can be greatly improved in a short time. The scour resistance of loess improved by the new curing agent increases with the increase of compaction degree, but it increases nonlinearly. The scour resistance of the improved loess with the new curing agent increases with the increase of the content of the new curing agent, and the relationship is linear. The technical indicators of the anti-scour performance of the loess improved by the new curing agent can meet the requirements of the earth dam overflowing without bursting, and can be used for the construction of check dams.
