摘要 提出了一种含智能软开关(soft open point,SOP)的主动配电网源–网-荷-储双层协同规划模型,以模拟实际工况并实现更加精细的规划。上层规划层,考虑了线路升级改造、储能(energy storage system,ESS)及分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)的选址定容;下层运行层,不仅考虑了典型日下变压器分接头调整、补偿电容(capacitor banks,CB)投切、需求侧响应(demand response,DR)、DG与ESS的调度,还基于三端SOP接入配电网的拓扑结构及数学模型,建立了运行层精细化的有功–无功协调优化模型,可对SOP所连支路间有功和无功功率进行连续调控,同时提供一定的无功支撑。上层采用改进二阶振荡粒子群算法求解,下层采用保留端点的自适应ε-支配多目标粒子群算法求解。最后用改进的IEEE33节点系统,对此双层优化模型进行了仿真和分析。结果表明,所提方法相较传统的规划调度方法,明显改善了潮流分布,降低了网损,减小了节点电压偏移量。 This paper proposes a source-network-loadstorage bi-level collaborative planning model of active distribution network(ADN)with the soft open point(SOP)to simulate the actual working conditions and make more detailed planning.In the upper planning layer of the model,the upgrade of feeders and the building up of the energy storage system(ESS)and the distributed generation(DG)are considered.In the lower operating layer,the adjustment of transformer taps,the switching of capacitor banks(CB),the demand responses(DR),the scheduling of DG and ESS are taken into consideration.In order to continuously regulate the active and reactive power between the branches connected with the SOP,a detailed coordinated optimization model of active and reactive power is established in the operation layer based on the topology and mathematical model of the three-terminal SOP.The upper layer is optimized by the improved two-order oscillating particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the lower layer by the adaptiveε-dominated multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm with the endpoint reserved.Finally,using an improved IEEE 33-node system,the two-layer optimization model is simulated and analyzed.The results show that compared with the traditional method,the proposed method can improve the power flow distribution and reduce the network loss and node voltage offset.
