“职教高考”制度建设的逻辑要求、现实困境与实践路径 被引量:1

摘要 建设职教高考制度作为职业教育改革发展的重点,是突显职业教育类型特征、构建现代职业教育体系的应有之举。强化考试技术性要求、促进中高职有效衔接、践行多样化招生方式是职教高考制度构建的逻辑诉求。职教高考作为一项系统性工程,在建设过程中面临着诸如考试内容设计偏差、招生录取安排失当、各方利益主体博弈失衡、配套制度体系缺失等现实困境。对此,职教高考制度建设亟需优化考试内容设置,构建能力本位的评价模式;推动招生录取制度改革,优化招生方式与专业结构;关注“弱势者”话语权,创新多主体协调联动机制;完善配套制度建设,助推职教高考持续改进。 As the focus of the reform and development of vocational education,the construction of vocational education college entrance examination system is a due move to highlight the characteristics of vocational education types and build a modern vocational education system.Strengthening the technical requirements of examination,promoting the effective connection between secondary and higher vocational education and practicing diversified enrollment methods are the logical demands of the construction of vocational education college entrance examination system.As a systematic project,the college entrance examination of vocational education is facing practical difficulties in the construction process,such as the deviation of examination content design,improper enrollment arrangement,the imbalance of game between various stakeholders,the lack of supporting system and so on.In this regard,the construction of vocational education college entrance examination system urgently needs to(1)optimize the setting of examination contents and build a competency based evaluation model,(2)promote the reform of enrollment system and optimize enrollment methods and professional structure,(3)pay attention to the voice of the"vulnerable"and innovate the Multi-agent Coordination and linkage mechanism,(4)improve the construction of supporting systems and promote the continuous improvement of vocational education college entrance examination.
