竞赛型众包中接包方参与行为研究综述 被引量:1

摘要 文章基于“投入—过程—结果”框架,首先从接包方、发包方、众包平台及任务设定四个角度梳理了影响接包方参与众包竞赛的因素,然后整理了接包方参与竞赛型众包的内在机制,并梳理了众包竞赛对发包方和接包方绩效结果的相关文献。以往的研究多从单因素角度探究接包方的参与行为(如动机因素对接包方参与意愿影响),以动机理论和竞争理论为基础,并且认为接包方是同质化的;未来的研究可以考虑接包方多样性因素,从接包方关系竞争的角度展开研究,同时把行为实验的方法引入研究中。
