一体化建造模式是海洋钻机模块项目中采用的一种新的工艺技术,从设计、建造、资源配置各方面统筹考虑,其方式参考造船业分段建造的形式。文章结合蓬莱区域某海上平台钻机模块建造项目,对一体化建造模式进行综合性分析,重点从技术和经济角度确定可行性和合理性,对于钻机模块建造具有一定的指导意义。

The integrated construction mode is a new process technology adopted in the offshore drilling rig module project.It is considered from all aspects of design,construction and resource allocation,and its method refers to the form of segmented construction in the shipbuilding industry.Combined with a drilling rig module construction project of an offshore platform in Penglai area,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the integrated construction mode,focusing on determining the feasibility and rationality from the technical and economic perspectives,which has certain guiding significance for the construction of drilling rig modules.
