An oil in water on-line detection and analysis system

生产废水的水中油含量检测分析系统是石油化工企业环境保护的必备工具。针对水中油含量人工取样分析的弊端,文章设计实施了一种水中油在线检测分析系统。该系统配置了可维护切换的主、备过滤器前级预处理单元,在后级预处理单元使采样液油水充分混合,清洗单元则可自动定期清洗预处理单元设备和检测探针。该系统采用紫外荧光法进行水中油含量检测,现场配置有LCD+触摸显示屏和USB接口。从而使得系统具有较高的检测范围和检测精度,其适应性、响应速度及可靠性也较为理想。同时,系统可实现检测数据的实时在线查询、分析、统计及远程存储、下载和打印。

The detection and analysis system of oil content in production wastewater is an essential tool for environmental protection of petrochemical enterprises.Aiming at the disadvantages of manual sampling and analysis of oil content in water,this paper designs and implements an online detection and analysis system for oil in water.The system is equipped with a main and standby filter pre-processing unit that can be maintained and switched.In the latter-stage pre-processing unit,the sampling fluid,oil and water are fully mixed,and the cleaning unit can automatically and regularly clean the pre-processing unit equipment and detection probes.The system adopts ultraviolet fluorescence method to detect oil content in water,and is equipped with LCD+touch screen and USB interface on site.Therefore,the system has a high detection range and detection accuracy,and its adaptability,response speed and reliability are also ideal.At the same time,the system can realize real-time online query,analysis,statistics and remote storage,download and printing of detection data.
