实现高质量发展的“产城融合”是未来社区建设的愿景和目标之一。“产城融合”旨在激发活力、提升价值、创造新的经济增长;以产业为保障,驱动城市更新和完善服务配套。在此以义乌宾王未来社区创建方案为例,从稠城街道、宾王社区、义驾山小区、主城周边的开发区四个尺度,介绍“产城融合”模式策略,并提出实现改造更新类未来社区“产城融合”模式的有效路径。
