二甲双胍联合优思悦对多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素水平及性激素的影响

Effects of metformin combined with yousiyue on insulin level and sex hormones in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的分析二甲双胍联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)(优思悦)对多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素水平及性激素的影响。方法选取180例多囊卵巢综合征患者,按照中心随机法分为试验组与对照组,每组90例。对照组仅采用优思悦治疗,试验组采用优思悦联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗前后性激素、空腹血糖及空腹胰岛素水平。结果治疗前,两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)及雌二醇(E_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月,两组FSH、LH及E_(2)水平均明显低于治疗前,且试验组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月,两组空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平均明显低于治疗前,且试验组空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平分别为(4.62±0.71)mmol/L、(15.28±2.17)mIU/L,均明显低于对照组的(5.16±0.79)mmol/L、(18.57±2.75)mIU/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双脈联合优思悦治疗多囊卵巢综合征可有效改善患者性激素水平,降低胰岛素水平,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of metformin combined with drospirone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)(Yousiyue)on insulin level and sex hormone in polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 180 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with Yousiyue,and the experimental group was treated with Yousiyue combined with metformin.The levels of sex honnone,fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E_(2))between 2 groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E_(2) in 2 groups were significantly lower than before,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difierence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in fasting glucose and fasting insulin levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the levels of fasting glucose and fasting insulin in both groups were significantly lower than before,and the levels of fasting glucose and fasting insulin in experimental groups were(4.62±0.71)mmol/L and(15.28±2.17)mIU/L,respectively.Significantly lower than the control group(5.16±0.79)mmol/L,(18.57±2.75)mIU/L,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with Yousiyue in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively improve the level of sex hormone and reduce the level of insulin,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
