奥利司他联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的效果研究

Effect of orlistat combined with metformin on obese polycystic ovary syndrome

目的分析奥利司他联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法选取100例肥胖型PCOS患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,研究组采用二甲双脈联合奥利司他治疗。对比两组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体质量指数(BMI)及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR,HbA1c及BM咏平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR、HbA1c及BMI水平均明显低于治疗前,且试验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为4.00%,对照组为2.00%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥利司他联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型PCOS患者疗效确切,可减轻其体质量及胰岛素抵抗,改善其血糖水平,安全性较高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of orlistat combined with metfonnin in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 100 obese PCOS patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin and the study group was treated with metformin combined with orlistat.Fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(fins),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),body mass index(BMI)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR,HbA1c and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR,HbA1c and BMI in 2 groups were significantly lower than before,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00% in the study group and 2.00% in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Orlistat combined with metformin is effective in the treatment of obese patients with PCOS.It can reduce their body weight and insulin resistance,improve their blood glucose level,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
