中药腹部熏蒸联合中药灌肠对慢性盆腔炎患者受孕率的影响

Effect of TCM abdominal fumigation and traditional Chinese medicine enema on pregnancy rate in women with chronic pelvic inflammation

目的观察中药腹部熏蒸联合中药灌肠对慢性盆腔炎患者受孕率的影响。方法选取80例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据随机抽签法分为研究组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规抗生素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用中药腹部熏蒸联合中药灌肠治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、复发率及受孕率。结果研究组总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的72.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后3个月内复发率为32.50%,低于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后6个月内受孕率为27.50%,明显高于对照组的10.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药腹部熏蒸联合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切,可提高患者受孕率,且复发率较低,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the influence of TCM abdominal fumigation and TCM enema on the pregnancy rate in women with chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random drawing method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics,and the research group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine abdominal fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema.Clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 72.50% of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate within 3 months after treatment in the study group was 32.50%,which was lower than 60.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate within 6 months after treatment in the study group was 27.50%,which was significantly higher than 10.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine Abdominal fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.It can improve the pregnancy rate of patients,and the recurrence rate is low.It has clinical application value.
