摘要
基于海水淡化的热法蒸馏及膜法反渗透的工艺过程,建立用能设备及耦合方式的热力学模型,根据季节性的进料海水温度变化及耦合方式,分析热法与膜法在耦合与非耦合条件下的用能特性。以10万t/d热膜耦合海水淡化系统为例,通过性能分析并将结果与示范工程实际运行数据对比,验证了热膜耦合海水淡化工艺的节能性应用。
Based on the seawater desalination process of thermal distillation and reverse osmosis, a thermodynamic model of energy equipment and coupling method is established and the energy characteristics of thermal and membrane method with or without hybrid conditions are analyzed according to seasonal seawater temperature changes. In this study, the process of 100,000 tons/day hybrid seawater desalination used as an example, the energy saving application process is verified by comparing the actual operation data of the demonstration project with the results of performance analysis.
