基于实测数据的上海某医院综合节能改造案例分析

Case Analysis on Comprehensive Energy Saving Renovation of Hospital Building in Shanghai Based on Measured Data

节能减排是国家“双碳”目标的重点,据调查数据,医院综合能耗远高于其它公共建筑,节能改造势在必行。以上海某医院为例,从实际能耗出发,通过现场测试及数据分析,确定综合节能改造方案并跟踪节能效果,据此提出节能量核定方法,确定节能量及节能率,为同类型项目节能改造提供了参考。

Energy saving and emission reduction is a key task for the country to achieve the“Double Carbon”goal. Relevant survey data show that the energy consumption of hospitals is much higher than that of other public buildings, and comprehensive energy saving renovation is imperative. Taking a hospital in Shanghai as an example, based on the actual energy consumption data of the hospital and on-site test data, a comprehensive energy saving renovation plan was determined, and the energy saving effect after the renovation was tracked. At the same time, a method for approving energy saving is proposed to determine energy saving and energy saving rate.The research results of this paper can provide design and energy saving verification reference for the energy saving renovation of similar projects in hospital buildings.
