半导体行业空压系统疏水阀节能浅析

摘要 通过对电磁疏水阀和浮球疏水阀、电容感应无耗气疏水阀原理及优缺点对比,结合半导体行业空压机系统运行的测试,使用电容感应无耗气自动疏水阀能有效改善现场湿度,减少安全隐患,同时避免压缩空气的泄漏,对于按孔径为6 mm,对应压力为7 bar状态下,预计每年节约费用约20万元。 By comparing the principle, advantages and disadvantages of electromagnetic drain valve,floating ball drain valve and capacitive induction non gas consuming drain valve, combined with the test of air compressor system operation in semiconductor industry, the author uses of capacitive induction gas free automatic drain valve, which can effectively improve the site humidity, reduce potential safety hazards and avoid the leakage of compressed air, when the hole diameter is 6 mm and the corresponding pressure is 7 bar, it is estimated that about 200000 yuan will be saved every year.
