摘要
目的介绍中医学辨治变应性鼻炎的独到经验。方法回顾性分析50例典型变应性鼻炎患者的病历资料,探索中医辨治方药。结果50例典型变应性鼻炎患者经中医治疗后均取得良好疗效。结论中医治疗变应性鼻炎的经验包括祛风散邪、补益脏腑、豁痰利窍、活血通络、体质纠偏五方面内容。
Objective To introduce the unique experience of Chinese medicine in treating allergic rhinitis.Methods Retrospectively analyze the medical records of 50 patients with typical allergic rhinitis,and explore TCM prescriptions and treatments.Results All 50 patients with typical allergic rhinitis achieved good results after treatment with Chinese medicine.Conclusion The experience of traditional Chinese medicine in treating allergic rhinitis includes five aspects:expelling wind and removing evil,replenishing viscera,eliminating phlegm and resuscitation,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,and physique correction.
